Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule a visit by telephone, email or another agreed written contact method. The time at which we receive your cancellation determines whether a charge applies. • Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start: no charge • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled start: 50% of the booked service price • No cancellation or if you are unavailable when the visit begins: 100% of the booked service price In cases of sudden illness or a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the charge or offer rescheduling after a fair, individual assessment. This cancellation policy is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal.
