Important information
Travel and activity costs
Travel within Solna is included. For visits outside Solna, any travel fee is agreed in advance. Public transport, entrance tickets, café purchases and other activity expenses are paid by the customer.
Cancellation
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before the visit. Less than 24 hours: 50% of the booked price. No-show: full price. Sudden illness or emergency: assessed individually.
All prices include VAT. Prices after RUT assume that the customer is eligible and has sufficient RUT allowance. Alltimeshere handles the RUT application on the customer's behalf. If the deduction is not approved, the customer is responsible for the full price.
